HABITATS core Communities:

The stakeholder community is composed by three main groups:
� Stakeholders that have economic interests (tourist reception structures as hotels, bed & breakfast, car and cycle rental, shops, producers of typical products and all other people that can get economic benefits from the development of tourism);
� Stakeholders without economic interests (Sport Clubs, Italian Alpine Club, Sicily Alpine Club, no profit Environmental Associations );
� Single users: people interested to independent hiking.

Sheep and Goat Herd Managemement
The stakeholder community is composed by subjects that have economic interest in carrying out their activities (herds owners, shepherds, dairy farmings, scientist).
The other relevant part is the Madonie Park Administration that has to manage the grazed area to be assigned to shepherds.
Getting in contact with stakeholders:

• getting in touch directly with stakeholders;
• submission of Questionnaires;
• organization of workshops.

Goals of questionnaires
Questionnaires allowed to:
– Know deeply the needs of user
– understand degree of knowledge of stakeholders about
Inspire
– understand the degree of interest of stakeholders about the actions;
– understand the availability to collaboration from stakeholders;
– understand the degree of knowledge about the use of hardware and software specialized instruments.
