I also need following expertise to make the business sustainable (1)• Nice financial structure – I don’t have finance

resource now, so I would rather start it by applying LEAN STARTUP.– For the time being, I realize how important the “whom you are working with”. I would

like to invite people who are passionate about entrepreneurship and willing to committee themselves giving 1 year to this project. And the return will be the shares of this company once it’s incorporated. Therefore, I will need someone who understand how to structure shares for a startup. It will reward people who contribute themselves in this first year.

– It will get involved incorporating companies across different regions, including Korea, Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

• Frankly speaking, I need Corporate Finance guys or Accountants.

SUPERSTORE, but there is still room for T&T and H-Mart

– They have different social media platform preference. While the most Chinese use renren.com and happymate.com, instead of facebook, and the most Koreans active on Cyworld.

– They love group buying.
