Once this form is filled out and processed by Shepard Exposition Services, you will be sent an email with a secure link for you to upload your poster.Once uploaded, a Shepard Exposition Services representative will contact you via email with a pdf file of your poster at which point you can approve by either fax or email. Once this approval is received your poster will go to print. POSTERS WILL NOT GO TO PRINT UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR APPROVAL.

Once you arrive for the conference, you can proceed to the Poster Pick Up Desk (The Poster Pick Up Desk will be open during SOT Registrationhours) and present your Abstract Final ID#/Poster Board Number, or conference badge to receive your printed poster.
