DOWNLOAD THE APP AND LINK YOUR CARD
Download and install the benow app
and complete the registration process
DOWNLAOD AND INSTALL THE APPS
Download and install the Sodexo World
app and complete the registration process
Click on ‘More’ and then
click on ‘Manage Accounts’
Click on ‘Add New Account’
LINK YOUR MEAL CARD TO THE BENOW APP
Click on ‘Sodexo’
You will receive an OTP on your
registered mobile number/ email address
Enter 16 digit card number
and 3 digit CVV number
LINK YOUR MEAL CARD TO THE BENOW APP
Enter the OTP on this screen Your card is now successfully
linked to the benow app
INITIATING A PAYMENT TRANSACTION
Open the Sodexo World App
Click on ‘Pay a merchant’ and
then ‘Pay now’
Scan the Sodexo Mobile Pay
QR Code sticker displayed at
the merchant outlet
INITIATING A PAYMENT TRANSACTION
Enter the transaction amount
Click on ‘Sodexo’ Enter your 4 digit Card PIN
and then click on ‘Next’
INITIATING A PAYMENT TRANSACTION
Your transaction will be processed Your transaction is complete
SEND TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION TO THE MERCHANT

If the merchant does not receive the
same, click on the ‘Send Confirmation’
option on transaction success screen
For every successful transaction
the merchant will receive an SMS
confirming transaction success
OR
Click on ‘History’ and the
home screen
Click on the 3 dots against the
transaction for which you
need to send confirmation
TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION TO MERCHANT
You will be prompted to enter
the merchant's mobile number
Click on ‘Send Confirmation’Enter the mobile number and
click on ‘Submit’

Click on ‘History’ and the
home screen
Click on the 3 dots against the transaction
you need to cancel/ request a refund
If you have entered a wrong amount or for some reason need to cancel the transaction/ request for the refund, follow the below steps
Click on ‘Refund Request’ option

Select the reason for refund from the
drop down / enter the reason for return
The merchant will receive an approval code
Enter this approval code here
If the refund is successful, your
card account will be credited

view the transaction history
Select the ’Transactions’ optionClick on ‘More’ and then

history will be displayed

HOTLIST/ BLOCK A LOST OR STOLEN CARD
Tap on the 3 dots against the
number for which you wish to
view the transaction history
Select the ‘Hotlist’’ optionClick on ‘More’ and then
click on ‘Manage Accounts’
Click on ‘Proceed’ if you are sure
that you want to block your card
