Zacknowledgement Inc. brings the opportunity to understand, imbibe andexplore the nuances of building a communication culture through a Soft Skilland Leadership Development Programme that is incorporated to ignite theyoung minds while grooming and polishing their communication skills. Westrive to increase the salability of the students by sprucing up their

executive communication abilities so that they are sought for in theindustry. Clearly studded with numerous individual as well as groupactivities, management games and therapeutic sessions; the interactionis modeled with utilizing the power of communication itself to develop skills ofeffective communication in the participants. The aim is to prepare studentswith a 360perspective on communication to enhance their personality and

get them geared up to handle any challenges thrown up at them or any crisisthat they come across while working in the organizations where they areabsorbed.

THERAPY SESSIONS: (IF NEEDED!)

For the not-so-strong communicators in the batch, the concept of therapy sessions can be introduces. Sinceindividual focus becomes difficult in the classroom, they will be counseled beyond the 20 Hour sessions

mentioned above.

Therapy groups will be created which will be led by students with excellent communication skills in order

to personalize attention to the less able ones. The areas in which therapy can be used to help improve
