language, be careful as to grammatical and spelling errors.

2. Sentence composition errors, use of verbs, adverbs, adjectives, articles etc.

3. Errors committed while writing circulars, reports & records considerably spoil the

image of the writer.

INTER PERSONAL SKILLS:

1. Respect the views and sentiments of others equally. As you feel hurt or offended when such a

situation arises pertaining you or you being at centre of things, others do feel similarly, therefore, be

compassionate to all others. 2. When want to differ must express yourself politely

3. Avoid hurting others feelings4. Must try to resolve the conflicts and conflicting

views by due reasoning out the matter or issue or subject.

This is because healing process has a lot to do with faith, belief, trust etc. which can never develop without a strong, close bond between the patients and their healers.

Good academic record and clinical skills may make you a good clinician but does not necessarily make you a good healer.

Healthcare providers have to modulate their speech and behavior to suit positive interactions both with patients and colleagues alike.

and that too today itself John : But why ?? Sunil : I am not getting any results from it. John : I am not going to do it again, and that too

today is impossible !!! Sunil : John !! Try to understand I need it today. John : No!! I don’t have time Sunil : You must. John : I already told you no.

Finally they depart without any conclusion.

Sunil : Hi John, how are you? John : Hi Sunil, fine Sunil : I saw your report, I think we missed some analysis in it. We may have

to prepare it again John : But why ?? Sunil : We are not getting any cost analysis from it and the meeting is for

cost analysis. John : I am not going to do it again, don't have time for it. I have enough to

do now. Sunil : John !! It is a requirement from the customer, otherwise whatever we

are doing now will also be of no use, I know you put in your best efforts into that report.

John : Sorry, today it’s not possible. to do it alone so quick also is not possible.

Sunil : I will send Vijay also to help you, and then time permits I will also join.

John : No need of you, if you can send Vijay then I will try to finish it today it self

Sunil :Thank you John John : It’s my job.

Finally they depart with positive conclusion

Development of skills is a part of long learning

The process does not begin and end with job

It is something we have learnt as child Training alone is not sufficient condition

for actual behavior change, more importantly our intention to change has to be present

Be kind.There is nothing better than someone saying "Wow, She is really a nice person.

Put kindness out and you will get kindness back.

Respect yourself and others too. Don't do things you will regret. You are the only person in control of you. Be a leader not a follower.
