SoftALM™ The End-to-End Agile ALM: Model & Tool
Product Definition Phase: Consists of defining Business as well as Architectural backlog
Agile ALM Model for EnterprisesThe Agile ALM Model proposed by JamBuster has the following interconnected phases or steps:
Planning Phase: Develop program roadmap through capacity and efforts
Customer Feedback Phase: Customer involvement in Adding Enhancement & Usability.
Defining Business & Architectural Backlog:
The Product Owner and the Enterprise Architect are responsible for giving rise to Business Backlog and Architectural Backlog respectively. These both Backlogs combined with the Customer Backlog gives rise to Product Roadmap.

Plan Program:
Program planning gives rise to a Program Roadmap which is basically a collection of Features to be added to the Product. This phase involves the planning towards an incremental Release of the software.

The Release:
The Release phase involves Developing software and then Verifying the Quality (Testing) and then providing a Public Release of the Software with incremental changes decided in the Product Backlog.

Customer Feedback (Our Addition to traditional ALM Model):
Customer Feedback is a phase of SoftALM™ that was missed in earlier Agile & ALM models. The Customer, being the one for whom the product is developed, provides inputs on the usability, reports defects and request new features that may be incorporated in the next Release cycle.
