Steps to Creating your WFC PTT PRO Order

Base Service: Each SKU Represents a Single User over a Duration of Time.

Choose Order Type:

NEW Base Service Activation

EXTENSION of Existing Base Service

Choose Duration:

6,12,18,24,36,48 month increments**

Required Onboarding for New Service Activation.

Each SKU represents 1-Time Activation Service Required for

NEW Service Orders.

Choose the single Onboarding SKU which represents the range of new service actions on Order.

Only a QTY of 1 Onboarding SKU is Required for Each Order.

Onboarding is NOT required for Extensions of Existing Base Service.

Optional Add On Web Portal Admin Training

Each SKU represents Web Portal Training for 1 Person.

Historical Locationing Each SKU Represents a Single User over a Duration of Time

• Each SKU represents a Range of Users as a One-Time Service (XX-XXXX USER-One Time Fee).

• Only a quantity of 1 Onboarding SKU is required for New Base Service Orders.

• Any Order containing a NEW Base Service SKU must also include the appropriate WFC PTT Pro

Onboarding SKU or Zebra will NOT accept the order, and the NEW Service will not be activated.

This includes orders containing Base Service Orders for:

• New customer End users

• Adding additional licenses to an existing customer

• Onboarding is NOT required for EXTENSIONS of Existing Base Service Orders

Example:

If a customer places an order for 600 New Base Service Activations, they would order:
