Add New Hardware Wizard displays when the camera is connected to the computerwithaninterfacecable.Click[Cancel]toclosethewindow.Temporarilydisconnectthecamerafromthecomputer.Next,readStartbyCheckingThisonthepreviouspageandresolvetheproblem.

Camera not detected, Events dialog won’t display or images will not transfertothecomputer(whencameraisconnectedtothecomputerviaaninterfacecable).Thecameramayhavebeenrecognizedasanotherdeviceunderthefollowingcircumstances.

•The[ScannersandCameras]iconcannotbefoundinthe[HardwareandSound]withinthe[ControlPanel]orthe[PrintersandOtherHardware]window.
