DNV GL provides a transparent and independent approach to asset integrity management, asset optimization, inspection and technical assurance to enable customers to monitor, predict and ensure the safe performance of the assets in the oil and gas and power plant industry.

Attention to infrastructure and equipment related to the chemical and power plants has never been more intense, with unpredictable oil prices, tougher competition from bigger chemical manufacturing plants in Middle East, China and India. The importance of chemicals manufacturing to economy and safety have increased, along with the potential of failure due to aging, corrosion and other factors. The challenges and costs of asset integrity evaluation and repair are expected to grow in the future as demands and diverse feedstock add challenge to the day-to-day plant operations.

The purpose of this seminar is to discuss these challenges and share the state-of-the-art knowledge in software, risk and integrity management services for the broader oil and gas downstream industry in Singapore.
