The Pylon is made from a steel frame with a powerful 10

mm hardened glass fronts. The sun cells are integrated

into the glass, which afterwards generates energy for

the integrated LED light source.

The Sun cell pylon has developed for outdoor place-

ment, where a power source is not available. This

makes it possible to place in positions, where you would

otherwise look at a big investment in installing power

cables, electricity subscriptions and so on.

The Sun cell pylon is naturally placed in a position with

the optimal hours of sun available.

A luminated sign pylon with sun cell panels as energy source.

Think about the environment, and save through your energy bill.

A konfigurator has been developed for the sun cell

pylon, giving you information about:

- Sun cell area

- Light Media

- Battery

- Handling of the unit

- Potential sensors.

This way you are guided towards finding your optimal

positioning.

Handling

We start by integrating a twilight switch into the pylon,

so at dusk the pylon will switch on, and thereby illumi-

nating the sign.

It is possible to integrate a movement sensor with a

dimmer switch, making the optimal energy use of your

pylon.

The movement sensor activates the full level of light

once movement is detected, after which the light gets

dimmed to one 10th when no movement is sensed.

This optimizes the lifespan of the energy capacity.

Step 1

The suns beams hit the sun cells, thereby charging

and generating power, even on a cloudy day it will

produce power for the system.

Step 2

The cable wiring makes the electricity run to the sun cell

charger, handling interface , the battery, as well as the

LED-Driver.

Step 3

Double sided LED-Light sources (1200 x 1200 mm

max) glows up the pylon.
