Solidarity Group Holding B.S.C (closed) the largest Takaful Group in the world “The Group”, has an authorised capital of $500 million and a paid up capital of $185 million. Since its establishment in 2003, the Group oversees and supports its various subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures.

In December 2017 the Group has completed the merger between its two subsidiaries Solidarity General Takaful B.S.C. (closed) and Al Ahlia Insurance Company B.S.C. which resulted in the birth of Solidarity Bahrain, the largest Takaful company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The group also has presence in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Luxembourg giving it footprint across these region.
