The N6G gas mini valve is designed specifically for the natural gas industry. It features a double O-ring design with a TFE backup ring below the threads, backseating capability, blowout proof stem, and a unique seat design for pressure up to 6,000 psi. It is available with a variety of rupture discs with varying pressure ratings from 1,800 psi to 5,000 psi.

The double block and bleed valve (DBB) is designed for high temperature and severe service applications. This globe-style valve provides maximum shut-off, using a ceramic ball-tip stem on the process valve and a needle tip stem on the bleed valve. Available in avariety of materials and configurations. The 1/8” bore bottom mount manifold is designed for transmitters having flanged bottom inlets with 2-1/8” spacing. The globe-style manifold affords maximum shut-off and is available in 2-valve, 3-valve, 5-valve gas and 5-valve powerconfigurations in a variety of materials and a range of special tips. The manifold includes robust stems, pinned bonnets, and two mount holes for connecting to Phoenix Precision’s bracket mounts.

The 1/8” bore coplanar manifold mounts directly to a coplanar-style transmitter (i.e.: Rosemount™ 3051 Seriestransmitters) eliminating the need for a coplanar flange. The globe-style manifold affords maximum shut-off and isavailable in 2-valve, 3-valve, 5-valve gas and 5-valve power configurations in a variety of materials and stem tips. The manifold includes robust stems, pinned bonnets, and two mount holes for connecting to Phoenix Precision’s bracket mount and additional mounting holes for alternate bracket mounts.

The P2MDV provides a double block on the vent/calibrate connections on transmitters designed for superior control of fugitive emissions and utilizes a double block for safety and as preventative measure against accidental releases. Phoenix’s highly developed constant purge manifold system is designed to protect instruments and tubing from corrosive and toxic process media. The constant purge of the system eliminates the need for rotometers, back pressure regulators, multiple threaded connections and individual valves. The constant purge also prevents plugging of sensing points between the instrument and the process connections. This innovative system is optimal in flow level and gauge pressure applications.

The bellows seal valve is designed with a metal bellows between the stem and body as the primary seal, which provides a hermetical metal boundary to the process eliminating two leaking paths compared to traditional packed seal valves. Zero fugitive emission is achieved by this configuration. A standard Grafoil™ backup packing and a backseating valve stem provide additional safety. Various bellows valve types are available, including needle, block and bleed and double block and bleed. The bellows valve is designed, built and tested in accordance with MSS-SP 130 Bellows Seals for Instrument Valves.

Phoenix Precision’s patented Stabilized Futbols, Valveless Adapters, Block Manifolds, Wide Angle Manifolds, and specialty adapters are each designed with a consistent 3/8” bore to minimize the costly effects of gauge line error induced by pulsation. Thismounting system reduces traditional installation costs by eliminating the need for tube bending and pipe stand installations. The 3/8” bore also facilitates drainage of entrained liquids commonly experienced in gas production such as coal bed methane production.

Stabilizers (ST6) take the radial forces off of the valve threads. ST6’s are available in both long and short designs for different clearance requirements and are designed for both flat and round surface installations. ST6’s are available in both carbon steel or 316 stainless steel and are available with dielectric insulators.

Stabilized Block Valves (ST6S) feature a primary shut off valve built into the stabilizer in a safe, compact, weld-free assembly. The ST6S is designed to align the faces of the flanges in the sameplane within a 1/2 turn for easy installation (Patent Pending).

Valveless Adapters are available in both straight (VA) and 90Degree (VAA) configurations. These configurations allow additional clearance and utilization of existing manifold inventory for both vertical and horizontal to vertical applications.

Phoenix offers 2-Valve Block Manifolds (MB2S) in both straight and 90 Degree configurations (MAB2S). When requiring this option consider Phoenix Precision’s Stabilized Block Valves (ST6S) for a more economical solution.

Phoenix offers a Radial Pattern™ 5-Valve Manifold in both straight (M5S) and 90 Degree (MA5S) configurations. These Radial Pattern™ manifolds eliminate bruised knuckles and pinched fingers and allow for easy access to calibration ports.

Phoenix offers a wide variety of adapters including ∆P to ∆P (DPP), bidirectional, ∆P to GP (DGP), and 90 degree Twist (TWA) adapters. Contact Phoenix Precision with your specificrequirements.
