Electromagnetic Flowmeter

KROHNE’s Electromagnetic flowmeters have been an industry standard for the last 65 years for flow measurement of conductive liquids.

Available in various sizes and combinations, they have applications as diverse as water, waste water and sewage and effluent, chemicals, petrochemicals, pulp and paper, mining, slurries, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, pastes to name a few.

Smart signal convertors, which are an important part of flow measuring system, are available in various versions to suit different site requirements.

They are state of the art, user friendly and compatible with PLCs, SCADA and RTUs. KROHNE can offer both mains power as well as battery powered flowmeters.

Mains powered electromagnetic flowmeters are available in sizes ranging from DN 2.5 to DN 3000.

Guided Wave Radar Level

KROHNE is one of the pioneer in the field of level instruments with a rich experience of more than 2 decades. Its state of the art Guided Wave radar sensors serves various application in water and waste water industry which includes accurate level measurement of OHTs, sumps, GSR, water reservoirs to name a few.

Not affected by physical properties like di-electric constants, density and conductivity, level can be measured accurately upto tank heights of 20 meters. Its robust and rugged design ensures installation open to environment and smart transmitters enables the communication with the higher level hierarchy of automation.

Aqua Series 2/4 – Wire Transmitters for pH / ORP, Dissolved Oxygen and Conductivity/TDS

Rotating machinery i.e. various pumps and motors are at the heart of water and wastewater plants. It is very essential to

run a machine at high efficiency without any trouble. The deterioration in the efficiency of rotating machines cannot be

predicted, but with the help of the vibration monitoring and analysis system, this can be properly judged. It is the easiest

way to keep machines healthy and efficient in the long run. This reduces the overall operating cost as well as the down

time period, increases plant availability and efficiency of rotating machines. To cope with global competition and pressure,

With the advent of Industry Internet 4.0, there is an increasing need for generated sensor data to be captured, translated into Information and stored in a central repository for on the fly Data Analytics.

The smart RTU from Forbes Marshall has the capability

of sending data with proper encryption to a central cloud

server. It includes functional and firmware free on the air

upgrade facility. It has PLC functionality with remote

programming and inbuilt capability of sending SMSs

/emails to the pre-configured addresses directly from

the device. Inbuilt modbus profiles, GSM interface and

RS 232/ RS 485 ports makes it a versatile remote

ER Series PLC
