1. Annual Company Compliance's for Private Limited, Public Limited, One Person & Section 8 Companies :-
Every Companies registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has to complied the provisions of Companies Act,2013 and rules thereon.Companies has to conducted the business according the rules and regulation of India Laws.
Companies Act, 2013 fixed the certain compliance on all companies that must be complied by the companies in every financial year. List of compliance's to be done by the companies:
1. First Auditor of Company
Every Companies has to appoint first auditor of company within 30 days from the date of incorporation and file ADT-01 within 15 days from the date of appointment to intimate the registrar of companies for appointment of First Auditor.
2. First Board Meeting of Company
Every Company is required to held the First Board meeting to discuss on the matters of first auditors of company, making of company seal, appointment of first directors, issue of share certificates, opening of bank account and other matters within 30 days from the date of incorporation of company.
3. Commencement of Business
Every Share holder deposit own contribution to company current account. Directors have to file INC-20 for commencement of business to registrar of companies after certifying by chartered accountants within 180 days from the date of incorporation. Companies can start the business activities after filing of INC-20.
4. Maintenance of Books of Accounts
Company has to maintain the books of accounts under the generally accepted accounting principles. Books of accounts includes purchase, sales, expenses, bank and journals.
5. Audit of Books of Accounts
Every Company shall prepare its Accounts and get the same audited by a Chartered Accountant at the end of the Financial Year compulsorily. The Auditor shall provide an Audit Report and the Audited Financial Statements for the purpose of filing it with the Registrar.
6. Annual Returns of Company
Every Company has to file its annual returns within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting to avoid the penalties of Rs 100/- per day.

4. Financial Reporting Advisory
