With the emergence of Covid vaccines and a dip in the number of Covid cases, the situation has improved tremendously. Offices, Public Places and Educational Institutions are opening in a phased manner. Our institution - DME is opening in a calibrated and thoughtful manner. Covid 19 Pandemic has been a harbinger of change. It has changed the way we live, think and work. Life is not the same anymore. Covid has brought new challenges and has lead us to a new way of living and working. A year ago, we could not have imagined teaching students in an online mode. The minuscule microbe has deeply influenced our lives. It has made us realise that change is the constant in our lives and we must accept it.

From startups to small businesses right through to huge brands, there are large number of companies that benefit from their own ecommerce website, where they can sell their own products or services. In today's competitive and convenience focused society, no longer do consumers want to venture to the high street in order to buy items, instead consumers want to shop from their own homes, making ecommerce a flexible solution. Also online shopping statistics say that ecommerce is the way to go for any growing business.

With the motive of providing first hand experience to the student, DME Management School along with Indian Institute of Digital Education (IIDE), hosted webinar on “Building Ecommerce store in 1 hour” on February 16 at 3 p . m . Strategy selection, choosing a domain and platform for ecommerce website, decision on pricing and set up payments, designing store and adding products, market growing business and improving online sales with data analysis were some of the key highlights of the session. First Campus Visit Experiences

DME, not just a campus but a place full of dreams and opportunities. Every student wishes to have a college where they can become best version of themselves and I think DME is the right place for it. I think I am very lucky to be a part of this college. The first day I went to the college, I was very excited and nervous as well, after all it was all new for me. When I get to the college, the college was very massive and infrastructure was so good. When I entered the campus, I met few of my teachers and faculty members of the college. The teacher and faculty members were so nice and helpful. I feel the teacher were very professional and dedicated towards their profession. The campus had a auditorium hall, stadium, library, media room , computer lab room, different societies and smart classrooms. I met many of my classmates. They were very nice towards me and it was A great experience to meet new people. It was very great to know them all. It was a great day and a great experience as well.

So that was all my experience at the first day of the campus.

The college experience is my initial step into finding my future career. Unfortunately I have passed my 12th standard in 2020 and BOOM!! COVID -19 also hits the World in March 2020. Just then I started praying that this pandemic will soon get to vanish so that finally I can experience my college life…

Finally on 16 FEBRUARY 2021 was the day when we are called officially to our DELHI METROPOLITAN EDUCATION.

But there is a twist in this whole story as we are called for viva voce. Only half strength of the class was called up considering COVID-19 pandemic. Indeed I felt awkward and behaved like a villager in a town on first visit. But My whole anxiety vanished when I entered the college that feeling was like OKAY FINALLY I AM HERE!!! And the most RELAXING part at the end of the day is that my viva has gone so perfectly.

THANK YOU!!! For being a part of my campus experience..

Then I visited to Studio 62 boast up with all equipments attracted with interiors a 2600 square feet multipurpose floor which is used for reality shows or video production. Our studio has well facilitated green rooms. It too has siting capacity of about 150 people! WoW!

Then I visited Rabindra Nath Tagore Library. Our library contains diverse subjects books along with the collection of journals, magazines, general reading books .

My next stop was The Moot Court. This court is built separately to conduct the internal affairs. This court also includes drafting memorial or oral argument.

The Computer Lab the lab is staffed with personnel assist users. Many desktop, projectors, online UPS, multimedia devices. Furthermore running ERP system for academic purpose.

At last I visited the lecture rooms. The rooms are designed air conditioned. They are also equipped with high speed internet connectivity hi-defined projectors enriching our experience. Looking forward to attend the lectures with fellow students and learn from our teachers.

It was a Great Day and will remember my First Day at DME as a Student.

Hi , that's my college Delhi Metropolitan Education. I have always been the most excited to start my college life. The first day I visit the college my heart was full of happiness. As I enter my campus I visited Nelson Mandela Auditorium. This auditorium invites us to showcase our talent through cultural functional societies. Plenty of events as well as guest lecture also take place in this auditorium.Egerly awaiting to participate in events here!

Mehak Manchanda Batch 2020-2023, Section C

I eagerly entered the college building. I went to the reception area and took a look around. It appealed to my aesthetic senses. The interior was equally impressive. The receptionist kindly directed me to the 1st floor where we could submit our documents. As I moved forward, I noticed a corridor lined with portraits of inspiring leaders, little did I know, it was for the students to be inspired and one day become like them. This pleasant sight had an uplifting effect on me. Then I saw the auditorium, which was enormous, and the stage was all set for us to demonstrate our talents. After that, I went to the first floor and submitted my documents while adhering to all of the Covid protocols. The teachers were also extremely supportive. Before returning home i made it a point to visit the library, being a bookworm myself i was ecstatic after seeing numerous books.

I realised that college life seemed to be a constant source of happiness and freedom. College life is a life lived on one's own terms, and the memories made there will be a priceless asset in one's life.

My first day on campus at my college was an unforgettable experience because it was a pivotal event in my life. I had been eagerly anticipating the day when I would be able to visit my campus, and that day had finally arrived. After spending difficult days at home quarantine, college life seemed like a whiff of a cool breeze.

It was a cold winter morning, when I visited the DME campus for the very first time. The appearance of the campus seemed pretty quiet and peaceful. When I was walking up the stairs and entering the building, I could feel a rush of blood inside my body, a weird but exciting feeling. When I walked in, I saw other students like me, who were equally excited and anxious for the things that were coming through, and in some ways, a new life. I myself, was really looking forward to it because I believe visiting the campus helps a student visualize what the college experience might look like, and without a doubt, I was quite satisfied with my visualization.

The entire staff and faculty were very welcoming and polite. All the teachers instantly helped me when I was confused about something that was needed to be done and other queries, I had related to the admission procedure. Before leaving the campus, I walked around aimlessly in there, observing things, looking at the art on the wall, a calm library, from the posters I could see the talent students portray in different societies and lastly, a very soothing environment. That's when I knew, choosing this college was the right choice for me and I'm very ecstatic for it.

Tejaswini Verma Batch 2020-2023, Section C

The college experience is my initial step into finding my future career. Continuing my education in hopes of finding a great career and making lots of money for a leisurely lifestyle. My first day at college had a great meaning to me as so many emotions were running inside me. Since, I went college first time for the purpose of campus tour. My campus DELHI METROPOLITAN EDUCATION is located in Sector-62, Noida. DME is affiliated to GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY.

DME is a well-maintained university which has a Library, Moot Court for law students, Auditorium, Classrooms for different courses, Computer Lab and the campus also offers many societies such as Dance Society, Sports Society, Theatre Society, Fashion Society, and many more which makes me quite impressive because I always wanted to be a part of such societies. Also, I was very glad when I come to know that there are so many events which the campus organize such as Aloha, Anugoonj, and Orientation. Also, I came to know that every other month there are lectures by the guests for different courses for the betterment of the campus students.

Most importantly, Delhi Metropolitan Education helps its students to undergo an unparalleled educational journey.

My first day at DME was an important event of my life. To me it is an unforgettable day. During my school days. I had a glimpse of college life from my elder brothers and sisters. I was most curiously awaiting the day when I would start my college life. I thought that the college life would offer me a free life; here restrictions would be few and threat of teachers would be little. At last the longed for day came in.

I had some very strange experiences on the first day of my college life. who can imagine that I have to give Viva on the first day of my college , it was quite funny and scary.

I found all the newly admitted students in high spirits. They were all happy to make friends. I moved round the college. I was very much delighted to see the grand library of the college where I could find books on very subject. My first day at DME was truly wonderful

I entered the college premises with new hopes and aspirations. I was glad to see that the college presented a new sight. It was quite different from what I had seen in and around our school. I came across many unknown faces but all those faces are covered with mask because of covid guidelines.
