Middle or lower level educated youth can sucessfully produce media with hi-tech equipment.
It is necessary that costs calculation and progress must be simple.
Meeting quality standards ensure recognition and acceptance.
Outcome and ContributionsEmpower communities’ confidence in their
capacities to media production. Increase awareness and pride in indigenous cultures and in their respective communities.Enable electronic media archives in the communities.
