 Following are the pre‐requisite of e‐Nomination 

1. UAN should be activated 2. Verified Aadhaar should be linked with UAN 3. Mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar 4. Photograph of member and all their family member should be available in jpeg or jpg or png format  5. Photograph File Size <100 KB 6. Aadhaar No of all the family members 7. Marital status should be maintained  

Below mentioned steps to be followed for filing e‐Nomination: 

Login to the Member Interface of Unified Portal as per the given below URL:

Tick  the  box  to  change marital  status  and  choose from  dropdown  and  click GET Authorization PIN

Update  address and save

 

After saving system will prompt “Having family: Yes/No”.  If  input  is given as “Yes”, system will ask to enter family details. You can add all family members by add row button. Aadhar and photo of all members are mandatory. If input is given as “No”, system will directly prompt to PF Nomination details.

Fill all family member details in all mandatory fields (as mentioned in dropdown screen)

 

 

3. Maintain % of EPF share to nominee and click on SAVE EPF NOMINATION

2. Click here to maintain EPF nomination. 

1. Add row for addition of family member, enter details and then click on SAVE FAMILY DETAILS. 

 

After completion of EPF nomination, system will prompt for EPS nomination in case family (wife / son / daughter) is not available. After that member has to finalize nomination by e‐Sign

     For e‐Sign, virtual id is mandatory.
