12-13. Laptop EP to Dual TS or XLR (Consol) 14. FX Returns Note :- This ensures the vendor doesn’t run out of either of them. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Monitoring Requirements And Send Assignment:-

(All information regarding stage monitoring for the Musicians.) 1) We need 4 monitor wedges and 1 for backup. 2) Provide In-Ears for musicians if possible. 3) There shall be Two (2) side-fills for large outdoor venues, with dedicated PAIR of AUX sends. 4) All aux must have a 31 Band Graphic EQ. 5) Monitors will be mixed from FOH console unless specified otherwise. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. SOUND CHECK/MISCELLANEOUS :- ( The sound , stage and lighting systems must be fully operational prior to musicians load in-time.)

Sound check should be scheduled prior to the starting time of katha. It shall not be limited as to length. Only working personnel will be allowed in venue during sound check unless authorized by our representatives. No changes to the stage will be allowed after sound check. Recording audio and video of the whole katha must be done by organizers. A generator for backup is recommended. Production Company shall have enough microphones and cables for the Katha stage.

5. HOUSE SOUND SYSTEM :-

Acceptable System :- Meyer / V dosc / Most Recommended JBL system.

System must consist of at least a Three-way or Two-way with adequate amplification and speaker enclosures to cover the

Venue's Maximum capacity and be capable of min 110dB at console. System shall have even coverage throughout the venue. System should be flown whenever possible or appropriately elevated. System should be configured in stereo. (LR)

6. FOH SOUND CONSOLE :- Acceptable Consoles :- Meyer/Yamaha/Soundcraft/Digico / (No StudioMaster And Ahuja)

Console must have a minimum of 32 input channel , with 12 AUX sends for monitors and FX.

Console should be placed front centre from the stage and a minimum of 60ft. from sound system.

In case of an approved analog console, we will require additional signal procession at FOH whose detail will be provided on

request Also.

The console/channels will not be shared for other activities after sound check. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE 1. Strictly no unauthorized Audio & Video Recording of Shree Sai Amrit Katha (Not Even from Mobile Phones). 2. Strictly No Food, Water or Beverages top be served during the Katha among the Audience/ Organisers. 3. Audio/ Video recording in HD will be handed over to our authorised person immediately after the Katha.

BACKSTAGE FACILITIES DRESSING ROOMS :

One Room for Sumeet Bhai Ponda "Bhaiji" One Room for Musicians

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT : Two Cups warm drinking water before the Katha for "BhaiJi" (Backstage; Not on Stage) Still Mineral Water (at Room Temperature) at Backstage for Musicians.

BACKSTAGE ACCESS

Not to be placed on stage

Access to backstage area before, during & immediately after the Katha should be limited only to : i) Bhaiji/Musicians/Technicians ii) Venue Staff iii) Katha Organisers & their support staff iv) Nobody accept 'Bhaiji' and his musicians will be allowed on the stage during the Katha.
