Israeli Pelmeni Chicken Dumplings Serves 79 Source: Alina’s personal recipe Cook: Alina Preston Starter, inexpensive, quick, easy Ingredients Flour (all purpose) 500 gm Cold Water 300 ml One egg Chicken mince 500 gm One big onion Salt Pepper Method For dough: Cold water mix with egg, add pinch of salt and mix the flour in You have to end up with quite thick but sNll elasNc dough For the filling: Blend onion and mix with chicken mince, salt, pepper For the Sauce Mix dill, yogurt and ketchup together Serve on top of Pelmeni Roll out the dough and place on the pelmenica, stuff each with a liTle dough and place another rolled sheet of dough over. Ingredients  •   Flour  (all  purpose)  -­‐  500  gm    •   Cold  Water    -­‐  300  ml  •   One  egg    •   Chicken  mince  500  gm    •   One  big  onion    •   Salt    •   Pepper
