Database Officers
Record all incoming new CVs on Profilsoft;
Record all incoming CVs for formatting on Profilsoft;
Formatting time per CV is no less than 20 min and no more than 35 min.
If a CV is more than 5-6 pages, consult a relevant recruitment officer if he can reduce the length of CV to 5-6 pages before DB officer starts formatting this CV.
KPIs for the Recruitment Team Middle East - Central Asia
Recruitment Officers
Send CVs to a Client within maximum of 48 hours (2 working days) from the moment the assignment was validated and received in case if the deadline is ASAP.
Send CVs to a Client within the period of time shorter than 48 hours (2 working days) if the deadline is URGENT and it is being preliminary discussed and agreed upon with the recruitment manager.
Send CVs to a Client within the deadline date allocated to the assignment on the Profilsoft from the moment the assignment was validated and received in case if the deadline is equal or exceeds 48 hours (2 working days).
In case of the public holidays or any other force majeure event the above deadlines could possibly be exceeded by 24 hours (1 working day) only in no more than 10% of instances per annum.
All recruitment officers are required to compulsory update their candidates’ records as soon as they receive the relevant information from the BD&O department.
To present a brief report of assignments accomplished, CVs submitted per assignment and outcomes if known to date (shortlisted, interviewed and/or placed candidates) with 3 working days before the end of every calendar month. The report can be submitted in a table format.
To have a brief explanatory meeting with the recruitment manager during the submission of the report, mentioned in the above paragraph.
