PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONSDO NOT THAW. COOK FROM FROZEN. Open each kit component separately, in order of food preparation, by cutting pouch end with scissors. • Place rice noodle nests in two deep soup bowls and set aside. • In a medium sized pot (2qt.), combine 725ml of cold water and the
pho broth concentrate. • Place on stove burner and bring to boil on high heat. • Add salmon and bring back to boil. • Add vegetables and bring back to simmer until internal temperature
of salmon is 145°F. • Pour pho broth equally over two rice noodle nests and let rest for

temperature of salmon or scallops reaches 145°F. Chowder is now ready; however, another 5-7 minutes at very low heat will allow flavors to marry for the ultimate taste!
Tip: increasing the ratio of milk to water will increase product creaminess.
