The objective of our meeting is to give you an overview of the necessary steps to prosper in your Nu Skin business. It’s important to get you started correctly in order to optimise your success.
Your start up costs are low compared to other business ventures but the potential rewards are great. The main investment you can make into your business will be time and personal effort.
Just like any business there are no guarantees of success and developing your business will require you to demonstrate a desire to succeed, a willingness to take action and a preparedness to invest to help your business grow.
This Business Strategy Session is the second part ‘follow through’ from the Business Presentation and is designed to give you a more detailed look at Nu Skin and the SYSTEM 7 WORK FLOW.

MASTER STEP 3 – MAKE AN APPROACH

Your 3rd party Upline Leader should have scheduled
a solid appointment with your prospect. When you
meet face to face with your prospect your job is to
be the host/hostess and to edify the Recorded
Presentation DVD and Chris Sorensen (The Presenter
on the DVD). Whenever possible have your Upline
Leader with you on these appointments. If your
Upline Leader is there with you, watch the
Presentation DVD together with your Prospect. Be
sure that all the questions are answered by your
Ulpline Leader. If your Leader is not there with you,
then repeat STEP 3 and get them on the phone with
your Leader immediately following the presentation.
It is critically important that you get the New
Member or Prospect to the next available OTG/S7S
weekly meeting. Be absolutely sure that your
prospect has been through the first 5 STEPS before
attending this meeting. The purpose of bringing
your Prospect or New Member to this meeting is to
give them the bigger picture and introduce them to
other leaders

Be sure that they have seen the Dr. Oz video and been introduced by telephone to an up-line leader immediately following the video.
How to Organise your Grand Opening Events
What is a GRAND OPENING? This is an Event that jump starts your business and puts the world on notice that you are “IN BUSINESS”. These events are usually held at your home or office or at an appropriate venue. This is YOUR PERSONAL KICKOFF MEETING!!! These events should take place within your first 10 days of joining Nu Skin.

PRIOR TO THE IN-HOME EVENT
Remove all distractions before presentation
(phone, pets, children, etc.)
Do not set up the furniture in the home for a
meeting. Keep everything normal, and only
move chairs in or around as necessary
when people arrive.
Confirm with your sponsor if he or she will be
attending or calling in.
Provide only beverages (no alcohol) or light
snacks.
Have packets prepared for each guest, but
keep them out of sight.
Welcome people as they arrive and seat them comfortably.
Introduce guests to each other and start some social
conversation.
Start within five or six minutes of scheduled time.
Do not talk about people who are late or did not show.
Concentrate on those who are there.

watching a 30 minute presentation

watch the presentation with your guests. If others arrive late, don’t start over.
Let them know that you will catch them up later privately.
When the video finishes, hand out one packet for each guest. This should
include: Interpretation of Scanner Score Sheet, Lifepak Nano/G3/ageLoc
Pdf’s, Paper application
Now is the time to answer questions. Have a speaker phone set up in the
room with a support team leader on the phone to answer your prospect
questions.

Call them back immediately after they view the webcast.
Set up in advance - A three-way call with a leader and call your
prospect together immediately after the videos
The activity that creates your monthly income is the volume of products consumed on a daily basis by your distributors and customers. The first rule of business is: Volume = Income! People tend to only recommend what they personally use and believe in and in this business it’s no different. Simply put, the more products you personally use, the more belief and knowledge you will develop and the more you will duplicate consumption within your group. We always see that when an Up-line distributor is using many of the products their entire group duplicates, leading to large volumes and large incomes. And vice versa. How do you increase your consumption of the products? Simply redirect your spending from what you already use, to buying from your own business, at a discount!!! A convenient way to understand the power of duplication is this example. Now let’s say you simply redirect your spending of your household items to the other product divisions, Nu Skin, Pharmanex and Nourish the Children (NTC), of 100 points per month. Let’s say you have an organisation of 1000 people and you duplicate what you have done, then your minimum extra income just from redirecting your spending and duplicating will be US$7000 per month X 7 = R49,000 per month! We have found that distributors who understand and use this principle are achieving their income goals much faster. In summary, the more products consumed, the higher the volumes, the easier it is to reach and maintain executive qualification and consequently the higher your income. When you enrol a new customer or distributor with a spa package, do you want a one off sale or do you want to earn a lifetime residual income from the products they use? It is your responsibility (and smart business) to spend some time with them going through the catalogue and giving them a product orientation, including Pharmanex and NTC.

To be successful at anything new in life you need to have a teacher or a coach to help you every step of the way.
You are not alone in Nu Skin. There are people interested in your success. Coaching should be seen as a vital part of building and monitoring your business activity. You should receive regular coaching – at least once a month.
