12th South games organising committee were organised in Guwahati and Shillong from 5th to

16th Februa ry 201.6. Organising committee had entrusted the task of Venue and City

branding for Guwahati city to GMDA (Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority).

Smt. Dheera Thakuria who was working as an employee of Priya Communications

contracted by GMDA to execute the work order, came in working relationship with

Communications FA of the South Asian Games Organising Committee. We found her

extremely determined, professional and hardworking. She went beyond the call of normal

duty to execute the challenge of the assigned duties. Smt. Dheera Thakuria is well organised

and is knowledgeable person about matters concerning her profession. She is dependable

and hardworking. She will be an asset to any organisation she belongs to.
