The Fine Points

Minimums

A banquet minimum will apply to this event.

Wedding Planner

The Hotel requires a professional wedding planner for all wedding events held at the hotel. This

coordinator must be identified from the Hotel’s Preferred Vendor List.

Electrical Services

Some event elements will require power distribution, which will need to be supplied by the hotel’s

in-house electrical contractor. Prices will be quoted separately.

Guestrooms

A special discounted rate can be available for your guests requiring over night accommodations at

the Signia Hilton Bonnet Creek and the Waldorf Astoria Orlando

Optional Resort Fee

Optional resort charge of $45 per room Signia Hilton, $45 per room Waldorf, per night, per

applicable state & local tax

Parking

Parking is available for your event guests at a discounted rate of 50% off the

prevailing rates per vehicle.

Signia Hilton Self Parking is currently $30 per vehicle, plus tax

Overnight Valet Parking is currently $40 per vehicle, plus tax

Bartender Fee/Attendant Fee

$225 per bar will apply, based on 1 per 100 guests

Outdoor Set Up Fee

An additional charge of $5 per guest will be charged for Outdoor Events with a Double Set Inside.

Additionally, any outdoor meal functions exceeding 2 hours will be charged $1,500 outdoor event

fee to cover additional labor.

Plated Meal Fee

An additional charge of $10 per guest will apply for all outside catering plated dinners.

Noise Curfew

The Bonnet Creek Resort has a noise curfew of 10:00pm for all outdoor functions, not including the

Hilton Pavilion.

Outside Caterer

Please select from our list of approved Outside Caterers. If you choose to have a caterer that is not

from our approved list, a $500.00 fee will be charged. Please note that Sizler Restaurant is banned

from providing catering services at our resort.

Outside Caterers must submit their menus with Hotel equipment needs no later than 21

days prior to the wedding event. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if Hotel receives menus

and equipment list less than 21 days prior to the wedding event.

The Fine Points

Photography/Videography

Use of Drones is permitted at the Signia Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria

Orlando. Drone operator must provide proof of an FAA license for the drone, and proof of general

liability insurance for the drone in the amount of $7,000,000. Verifly is a confirmed insurance

company that can provide $7,000,000 of insurance for single or multiple day requests. It is the

photographer or client’s responsibility to purchase this insurance. Hotel is not responsible for any

damages or loss due to the use of drones. Immediate dismissal from the property will occur if

vendors are seen using drones on property without the proper documentation.

Haze/Fog Machines

The use of haze and fog machines is permitted on property, and would require a Fire Watch.

Current Fire Watch Fees are: $100 per hour (2 hour minimum).

Fire Watch is required the whole time the haze/fog machine is in use, including rehearsal time and

40 minutes after the haze/fog machine is turned off to allow for the “smoke” to dissipate.

Confetti

A cleanup fee of $1,200.00 + 6.5% sales tax will be charged for Confetti use in the ballroom and

pavilion spaces. Confetti use is not permitted in any of the outdoor event locations on property.

Sparkler

Sparklers are permitted on property in our outdoor event locations.

Wedding Planner is required to provide lighters, sand, and buckets for events where sparklers will

be used. Hotel staff is not responsible for lighting sparkler, or disposing of sand buckets.

Welcome bags

Welcome bags can be handed out at check-in by our Front Desk agents at $3 per room

(up to 50 bags for Front Desk)

You can delight your wedding guests with a welcome bag delivered to their room at $3 per room on

arrival evening.

All prices are subject to a taxable 16.00% gratuity, 10.00% service charge and 6.5% sales tax

Deposit & Payment

A 50% Deposit is required at contract signing and an additional 25% is due 90 days prior to the first

event. Remaining balance will be due two weeks from your event date
