4. THE LOCATION AND DEPTH OF EXISTING UTILITIES ARE APPROXIMATE AND HAVE BEEN PLOTTED FROM THE LATESTAVAILABLE INFORMATION. THE UTILITY LOCATIONS ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY NOT BE ALL INCLUSIVE. THECONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK AND VERIFY THE LOCATIONS OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES, BOTH OVERHEAD ANDUNDERGROUND, AND "DIG-SAFE" MUST BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.RESTORATION AND REPAIR OF DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTORWITH NO ADDITIONAL COST THE OWNER. IN GENERAL,THE DEPTH TO THE SEASONAL HIGH GROUNDWATER TABLE IS APPROXIMATELY 32 TO 48 INCHES BELOW THEGROUND SURFACE. SUITABLE STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PRACTICES MAY INCLUDE INFILTRATION BASINS ANDINFILTRATION SWALES.
6. PROJECT IS OWNED BY THE TOWN OF SOUTH KINGSTOWN AND IS EXEMPT FROM REQUIREMENTS OF THE TOWN'SZONING ORDINANCE AND THE TOWN'S LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS.
