compared to city and twice as likely to not have post high school education

• 43% of the neighborhood are Hispanic

Tasks:

Discuss policy issues (what do we want to loan, what do we forgive?) Look at existing models for sharing equity/appreciation Determine covenants Can be more restrictive than bank policies, but not less restrictive How to pay for appraisals If the first gets sold, how does the city keep track of it Bring some properties to tech committee for consideration; may put some option

down on a property? City will provide a draft loan policy, with covenants to review at first meeting
