A Presentation for...

2015

“If you give it all you’ve got, you will have nothing to regret.”

Thank you for taking the time to review our proposal and 2015 overview.

We are very excited as we enter the 2015 racing season as we have recently signed a multi-year agreement with off-road’s premier athlete, Cody Webb, and Factory KTM to provide us motorcycles.

Right now we are searching for team sponsors who we believe will be a strong fit with our current race program and who can benefit from the media exposure that off-road racing generates.

Off-road racing has grown from grassroots events to some of the highest viewed motorsportsprograms on television and the internet. The spectators are true enthusiasts and have a proven track record for brand loyalty, especially for those brands who support this sport.

SOZO would be a perfect fit for our industry as our demographics are made up of a mature yet youthful fan base who are conscientious about their physical health and appearance. Off-road racing would also be the perfect platform to introduce the Ignite Energy Drink.

Please take a moment to review the included information. It is our goal to work with a company that believes in us as much as we believe in them. If you have any further questions, you may contact Tim Clark at 541-282-4323.

About RPM Racing

You can’t expect to be the best at what you do if you don’t put in 100% effort, and that is the exact philosophy that has brought Mike Hurlbert and his RPM Racing Team the success they have enjoyed the past decade.

Mike’s background in racing reaches back over 35 years and includes multiple Washington State Motocross championships. He eventually migrated to Stock Cars and then NASCAR in both mechanical and management positions. Along the way, Mike enjoyed some time behind the wheel, winning several local Stock Car championships then eventually owning and racing for his own NASCAR Craftsman Truck team - finishing in the top 25 three years in a row.

It’s easy to see how Mike’s background guided him to his current position as owner and team manager of RPM Racing Team. His previous successes in both business and racing have provided the building blocks for what is now known in the motorcycle industry as one of the most powerful racing programs in off-road.

This list of RPM Racing Team wins and championships has been numerous over the past ten years and in Mike’s words... “We are just now getting started.” With the help of ESPN’s X Games and GEICO’s National EnduroCross series televised through CBS Sports, off-road racing is generating a significant amount of media coverage on television, print and online. “The future looks solid for off-road and so does our 2015 team.”

GEICO AMA EnduroCross SeriesThe GEICO EnduroCross Series is the premier off-road series in America. Now entering its eleventh year, EnduroCross has grown to a 12-round series that plays out in enclosed arenas across the country plus a bonus round that is part of ESPN’s X Games. The concept of EnduroCross is to bring the most difficult obstacles found outdoors and build them into an indoor track where spectators can witness the competition between the most extreme off-road athletes in the world. Events take place throughout the year starting in Daytona Beach, Florida and ending in Ontario, California and will include 24 one-hour shows broadcast on CBS Sports.

World Off-Road Championship Series - WORCSThis off-road race series takes place throughout five western states over a nine month period. The racecourses range from 10 to 15 miles in length and the participants race for two hours across nature’s most difficult terrain and in every weather condition. WORCS is considered off-road’s premier west coast outdoor race series.

AMA National and FIM World Off-Road EventsIn addition to EnduroCross and WORCS, the RPM Racing team will participate in numerous off-road series and extreme events including: FIM SuperEnduro World Championship, AMA Enduro Series, AMA Hare & Hound Series, Grand National Championship Series (GNCC), and the five major extreme off-road events; King of Motos, Last Dog Standing, Tennessee Knock Out, Red Bull Rocks & Logs and Mesquite Nitro Circus.

2015 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Series

EnduroCross provides sponsors the opportunity to expose their brand directly

to tens of thousands of potential customers and millions through television and social media.

Television: In 2014, EnduroCross aired nationally on MAV TV to over 45 million households including two showings of each event, providing more coverage than any other form of off-road racing. In 2015, expec-tations are high as all 12 rounds of EnduroCross will be broadcast on CBS Sports plus a minimum of one repeat showing of each event. CBS Sports currently reaches 96 million households nationwide. X Games is part of the ESPN extreme sports programming which reaches over 100 million households. The yearly programming of EnduroCross has generated significant exposure for the series, the athletes and the teams. X Games Medals are the holy grail in motorcycle racing.

Social Media has quickly taken over how enthusiasts receive their information about their favorite sport or athlete. Between Facebook, Twitter and Instagram the off-road industry generates tens of millions of race reports, images, tweets and posts. It’s one of the most connected industries on the internet. Between the promoters, sponsors and off-road media we are connected to over 30 million Facebook users alone.

YouTube: Everybody likes to show off and if you type in “EnduroCross” you’ll discover over 100,000 videos of extreme off-road riders doing just that. Here’s one of our favorites compliments of Cody Webb’s helmet-mounted GoPro camera during a practice round inside the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.

Google: A simple google search on “motorcycle off road racing” will bring up over 25 million articles. Type in “EnduroCross” and over one million articles will appear. A million articles can easily equate to 100 million readers.
