ARRIVAL Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will allow time to fill out any necessary paperwork or change

into robe and slippers if needed. Get here even earlier or stay longer to enjoy our steam rooms which can enhance your spa

treatment. Late arrivals will result in lost treatment time if schedule requires.

ATTIRE Robes and slippers as well as lockers will be provided if needed. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen personal possessions.

Please use lockers or leave valuables behind.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at

least 24 hours in advance. If cancellations are made within 4 hours of booked treatment time, 50% of the service will be charged.

No-shows appointments will be charged in full to the members account.

AGE REQUIREMENTSAll members/guests of the spa must be at least 16 years of

age. Under the age of 18 requires a parent or guardian signed

consent form.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING Please inform us of any medical condition or medications that may be contradictive to the service you are having. Guest health

questionnaires will be made available to you. Remember your spa time is your time. If you are uncomfortable during your treatment

due to pressure, temperature, music or anything else, please let our staff members know. They will adjust accordingly.
