The Spa at SilveradoSpanning 16,000 square feet, the Roman-inspired Spa at the Silverado is the largest private resort Spa in the Napa Valley region and offers an extensive menu of services that combine traditional techniques with modern innovations. The Spa facilities include separate men’s and women’s lounges, locker room with steam room, sauna, whirlpool and 25-meter heated lap pool with outdoor co-ed whirlpool. Additionally, the fitness studio offers weight-training and cardiovascular equipment, along with personal training and fitness classes that include Cardio, Body Sculpting, Stretching, Yoga, Aqua and Step.

The Spa at Silverado is a smoke and cell phone free experience.

Our selecting the most suitable treatments for you. Credit card information is required at the time of the booking. The Spa experience is designed for guests 16 years and older. Younger quests may enjoy services in the Salon. For Spa groups, bookings,getaways and special events, please contact our Group Sales Coordinator at (707) 257-5543.

Cancellation policyIf you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa at least 4 hours prior to your first appointment (or as mentioned on your group agreement) to avoid a 50% service fee. A “no show” is charged at the full rate.

Spa Day UseThe use of the Spa facilities is complimentary with purchase of any Spa or Salon services totaling $100 or more. Upon availability, the Spa can extend the use of the facilities to guests without scheduled treatments.The daily rate is $25 for registered resort guests and $50 for non-guests (reservations may be required). Multiple usepasses are also available for registered resort guests.

ArrivingWe suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow yourself time to check-in, change, and familiarize yourself with the Spa. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment, it may be shortened to allow the technician to be on time for his/her next appointment.

Awareness Through Movement:The Feldenkrais Method will teach you to minimize your muscular effort to maximize your natural, almost effortless swing.

Pilates, Core and Flexibility:Strengthening the core includes abdominal strength, hip stability, low back strength while torso rotation requires flexibility, as well as strength.

WaterFIT:Some great features of water exercise are that the abdominals and core muscles are constantly engaged, joints are supported due to the buoyancy of water, and great way of cross-train for any sport.
