GPS Jamming •  Wide variety of GPS jammers available for purchase

–  Range from civilian to military use •  Non-state interest in GPS jammers increased following

their use by Iraq –personal privacy to terrorism •  Risks to civil infrastructure from intentional and

unintentional use –  Need to control the radiofrequency noise floor in peacetime to

maintain options during conflict
