Spam Quarantine Reports

The Spam Quarantine Report is, by default,

automatically generated by DCi’s Anti-Spam

Service daily at approximately 6:00am ET.

Users will only receive a report if new

messages have been quarantined during the

previous 24 hours.

Users can, however, set these reports to arrive

on either daily, weekday, weekly, or monthly

basis.

FIRST TIME LOGON INSTRUCTIONS

Go to the SpamTitan Web Interface

Click “Forgot Password”

SpamTitan will email you a temporary

password

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD FOR

SPAMTITAN WEB INTERFACE

Log into SpamTitan Web

Click Settings in the upper left corner

Enter old password (which may be the temp

password that was emailed to you)

Enter your new password and confirm it
