DCi’s Anti-Spam service intercepts
bad email before it arrives at your
mail server allowing for the safe
inspection, virus scanning, content
filtering, and anti-spam analysis of
your mail before it is ever delivered
to your mail server.
ONLINE QUARANTINE AND WHITELIST MANAGEMENT
Our Anti-Spam service is
completely web-based which
allows every user to manage his/
her whitelist, blacklist, and
quarantine settings without having
to call the helpdesk. But, DCi’s
Anti-Spam service is a full-service
solution so help is always just a
call or email away!
INDIVIDUAL, DOMAIN, AND GLOBAL WHITELISTING /BLACKLISTING
DCi’s Anti-Spam service allows
granularity in list management.
When a user whitelists a sender or
message, the whitelist remains
local to that specific user.
Domain administrators and DCi
administrators can also set
whitelist/blacklist entries at their
respective levels and lower. This
allows for the greatest power and
flexibility in list management
without fear that one user can
whitelist a spammer for the entire
domain or blacklist a legitimate
sender from all other users.
DCi Anti-Spam is going to change the way your spam is categorized, filtered, and eliminated. It is important to know that your interaction with your Junk Mail will be different. These work instructions will help you become acquainted with your new junk filtering system.

Spam Quarantine Reports
The Spam Quarantine Report is, by default,
automatically generated by DCi’s Anti-Spam
Service daily at approximately 6:00am ET.
Users will only receive a report if new
messages have been quarantined during the
previous 24 hours.
Users can, however, set these reports to arrive
on either daily, weekday, weekly, or monthly
basis.

FIRST TIME LOGON INSTRUCTIONS
Go to the SpamTitan Web Interface
Click “Forgot Password”
SpamTitan will email you a temporary
password
CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD FOR
SPAMTITAN WEB INTERFACE
Log into SpamTitan Web
Click Settings in the upper left corner
Enter old password (which may be the temp
password that was emailed to you)
Enter your new password and confirm it
