Los sábados a veces voy al centro de la ciudad con mis amigos. Normalmente cojo el bus. A veces vamos al cine, o hacemos algunas compras. Después comemos una pizza. Otras veces pasamos nuestro día en el parque. Escuchamos algo de música y reímos.

Los fines de semana, a veces voy al campo con mi familia. Normalmente hacemos picnic fuera; en el campo. Después, andamos por el bosque o por los caminos. También me divierto andando en bicicleta por el campo porque me relaja.

At the weekends, I sometimes go to the countryside with my family. Usually we have a picnic outside in a field. Then, we walk in the forest or on the paths. I also enjoy cycling in the countryside because it relaxes me.



On Saturdays I sometimes go to the town centre with my friends. I usually take the bus. Sometimes we go to the cinema, or we do some shopping. Then we eat a pizza. Other times we spend our day in the park. We listen to some music and we laugh.

Encuentro mi ciudad genial porque tiene muchos centros comer-ciales y un moderno centro de deporte. También hay un teatro y un cine. Vimos una buena película ahí la semana pasada. Si tuviera la opción, me gustaría vivír en el extranjero, probablemente donde el tiempo sea cálido.


My mother works in the town centre next to the park. We live 11km away, but she travels by car because there are no buses. The trains only go once an hour. She leaves for work at 7 o’clock in order to find a parking space. Unfortunately, it is very expensive.


Mi madre trabaja en el centro de la ciudad, al lado del parque. Vivimos a 11km, pero va en coche porque no hay buses. Los trenes sólo pasan una vez cada hora. Va al trabajo a las 7 en punto para encontrar sitio en el parking. Desafortunadamente, es muy caro.


I find my town great because it has very good shopping facilities and a modern sport centre. There is also a theatre and a cinema. We saw a good film there last week. If I had the chance, I would like to live abroad, probably where the weather is warm.
