The Spanish Cuisine

The cuisine is a way of preparing various of dishes enriched by the country of various religions that made up the country.

It was influenced by the people ,throughout the history who have conquered the territory of that country.

About the cuisine:

There are dishes which are served customarily during certain holidays that are unique.

There are some unique dishes in different countries and regions too.

HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES:

Paella is served during springtime festivals.

Mantecados and polvorones

During Christmas, this dish is served as their tradition. Specifically in the southern regions.

Tortillas

Tortillas are more like omelettes in Spain.We are used to hearing that this Dish is from Mexico.

A La Plancha / A la parilla – Grilled / Griddled

Adobo / Al adobo – Deep Fried / In Batter

Ahumado/A – Smoked

Al Horno – In The oven / Baked
