There are dishes which are served customarily during certain holidays that are unique.
There are some unique dishes in different countries and regions too.

During Christmas, this dish is served as their tradition. Specifically in the southern regions.
Tortillas
Tortillas are more like omelettes in Spain.We are used to hearing that this Dish is from Mexico.
