CHAPTER 1 PREREQUISITES FOT A CORRECT INSTALLATION Software Spare Parts ON-LINE can be installed by using a check and plug-in ActiveX and it’s now available ONLY using the

Browser Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and following versions.

The security levels of Internet Explorer could enable one or more blockages while application downloading and installing.

As follows we specify all steps to be carefully followed for checking if the settings of your Browser are correct…

Notes for installing onto Windows vista/7 operating system (superior to Windows XP)

Besides the notes just described, for operating systems that are superior to Windows XP, the following should be considered:

1) The application is a 32-bit compiled version, so if the operating system is a 64-bit compiled version you may only use the online software with the 32-bit browser;

• The 64-bit operating systems can run either the 64-bit or 32-bit Internet Explorer, in the list of available applications (start menu programs), both versions are available.

2) To use the online software you need to start Internet Explorer in administrator mode:

• Click on the Internet Explorer icon using the right mouse button;

• Select the item “run as administrator”.

At this point follow the normal installation procedure described in the document.

1) From Internet Explorer menu choose Tools Internet Options

2) Select Security Trusted sites and “click” on the push-button “Sites”

3) Disable option “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone”

4) Add the Web site to the area: www.came.com and “Click” on the push-button “Add” and then “OK”

Only for Internet Explorer 7.0 5) “Click” on the push-button “Custom Level…”

6) Look for the section concerning: “ActiveX Controls and Plug-in” in the application settings

7) Choose the option “Enable” on “Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe”

8) Select option “Enable” on “Download unsigned ActiveX controls”

9) At the end “click” on the push-button “OK”

10) In case this message appears on the screen, you are requested to answer “Yes”

11) “Click” on push-button “OK”

CHAPTER 2 SOFTWARE INSTALLATION 1) Shut all eventually already open programs

2) Enter the site www.came.com and enter the reserved area digiting your usual Login

3) In the area “Products” it’s now present a new Banner with a link to the new Spare Parts Software

4) Only for your first access and in case of eventuals software up-datings, the installation will be automatically required : press

“Install”

5) Press “Next >”

6) Press “Next >”

7) Press “Yes”

8) Press “Install”

9) Press “Finish”

10) The application is available online every time you run the program by the same banner used for the installation.

11) You only need to choose the language

Additional notes only for Internet Explorer 7.0 After the software installation you may have a problem of the main Software Web page display.

This problem is due to compatibility problems with the new Browser versions.

In this case it will be sufficient to make a “Refresh” of the Web page by using the appropriate push-button.

CHAPTER 3 INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Download the program on your PC with the button "Download" to use it off-line.

On the other hand, with the button "Create set-up", you can create the file to install the software off-line.

Selecting a product model from the

list brings up its exploded view

diagram.

Moving the cursor over the various

parts in the image will automatically

bring up description, item codes and

price of the replacement parts.

Below the technical drawing you find

buttons with which to modify your

viewing mode. You can enlarge,

reduce, reset the original size or

move the diagram off centre using the

move buttons.

PRINTING THE EXPLODED VIEW

This function lets you print out the

exploded technical diagram of the

motor you select.

The detailed print-out of the technical

drawing will come in very handy when

you are installing the spare part!!!

SEARCH AND PRINT EXPLODED VIEWS

This function lets you print the price

list showing the item code,

description and price for all the

replacement component parts you

select. You can also search for

Exploded Views by choosing the

model of the motor you wish to find

by Item Code or by description.

You don’t have to write the exact

Exploded View name or Item Code.

Just partially type the product name

or item code and the programme will

bring up the items closest to your

search criteria.

SEARCH AND PRINT EXPLODED VIEWS

This function lets you print out the

entire spare parts price list including

item code, description and price.

The component parts are ordered by

code but thanks to the search mode

described above you can quickly find

any spare part.
