Dredging Permit issued by the LGUs and APPROVED by the DPWH;4. Mineral Trader Permits (MTP) issued by the MGB-Regional Office;5. Mineral Processing Plant Permit (MPPP) issued by the MGB Regional Office;6. Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) issued by the DENR-EMB- Regional Office7. Spartan Mining and Development Corporation FTAA Application is on process and in final evaluation and deliberation by the Mining Investment Coordinating Council (MICC) the Highest Philippine Government Agency in Mining Investment;
