Hello and welcome to Hillsong Conference.

We are thrilled that each and every one of you has arrived safely.

We are going to have the most amazing week because God has gone

before us and He always has a perfect agenda for this remarkable

gathering of leaders and believers who desire to make a difference in

this world.

So if you are familiar with the conference, relax and enjoy – but be

sure to stir up an expectant heart, because our prayer is that God will

speak into your life in a fabulous and “unexpected” way.

If you are new, we are so glad you are here - may this be a milestone

experience in your life. Please know that you are amongst friends

and that the genuine desire of our church, team and volunteer-army

is to serve you and create an environment where you are refreshed in

calling and all that pertains to you.

Joseph Prince

Joseph Prince is a leading voice in proclaiming the gospel of grace around the world through his teaching resources and television ministry. He is the Senior Pastor of New Creation Church in Singapore, which has a congregation of more than 22,000, and separately heads Joseph Prince Ministries Inc. – a broadcast ministry that seeks to build, encourage and inspire people with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Martin Smith

In 2009 Martin Smith came to the closing stages of a two-decade career spent holding the microphone and cheering on the crowds with the genre-defining band Delirious. With Dove awards, Grammy nominations and RIAA certified gold selling status behind him, it was an incredible journey. Having written many of the church’s best-loved songs – including I Could Sing of Your Love Forever, Shout to the North and Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble? – Martin remains rooted in the local church.

YOUR DELEGATE WRISTBAND AND SEATING PASS Your wristband is your daily access to conference. You will need to wear it on your wrist at all times. This year you have also been issued with a seating pass, which identifies your community and seating location for the duration of the conference. If you have any questions regarding your wristband or seating pass, please see our Registration Team located in the Box Office outside the O2 entrance: 8:30am - 7:00pm on Thursday and Friday (outside of session times).

Please note - lost or damaged passes will incur a replacement fee.

MOBILITY ASSISTANCE Mobility AssistanceIf you have a special mobility need that may require assistance during Conference, please see our Mobility Assistance Desk at Entrance B (Main entrance, far left door), for use between sessions. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Mobility Assistance ParkingBlue badge parking is available by contacting The O2 on phone +44 (0) 20 8463 6718 or booking online via The O2 website. An accessible drop-off point for cars and coaches is also available 150m from The O2 main entrance, and it’s clearly signposted.

NEW at Hillsong Conference this year, we are introducing Seating Communities. Your Seating Community is listed on your pass. This identifies the community you will be sitting with at each morning and evening session throughout conference. The great thing about seating communities is that you move around the arena on a rotation basis, giving you an opportunity to experience Hillsong Conference from all different angles.

Please be seated 15 minutes before the start of each session, as we might need to fill empty seats in your seating area after this time.

Check out the seating map to plot out where you need to go for each morning and evening session!

Seating communities start on Thursday morning. Don’t forget your seating pass and lanyard.

Please note – Seating Communities do not apply to delegates who have large group seating or are part of mobility assistance.

Daily TimetableWHERE DO I GO FOR REGISTRATION ENQUIRIES? Please see our Registrations Team located at the Box Office, on the left as your approach the main doors. Open from 8:30am to 7.00pm (outside of session times).

WHEN IS THE FOYERS/RESOURCE OPEN? All foyer and resource areas are open from 8:30am each morning and outside of session times.

CAN I PURCHASE RECORDINGS OF SESSIONS?You can pre-order the entire Conference Pack by filling out the Session Recordings Mail Order Form and it will be sent to you directly by post.

DO YOU HAVE FIRST AID FACILITIES?Visit the Info Desks at door 103 and 109 on the Concourse level or speak to one of our Team and they will happily give you directions.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST ATM?An ATM facility is located at the main entrance – to the left of the Resource Area. A cash point is also available on the Concourse level near Door 107.

WHERE IS LOST PROPERTY?Items will be handed in to The O2’s Lost Property department. Contact them on +44 (0) 208 463 2030 or email lost property@theo2.co.uk. Items will be held for seven days, after which they will be given to charity. Please note the O2 will not be liable for any items that are lost or stolen.

Frequently Asked QuestionsIS THERE A PLACE AT CONFERENCE WHERE I COULD STORE MY LUGGAGE? For security reasons we ask you not to leave bags unattended in the venue. Please do not bring any large luggage items. There is limited space by Door B for you to leave your bags. On Friday the Piazza will be available for luggage / suitcases, and it is located along the Entertainment Avenue, see map on page 14 for location.

WHAT PUBLIC TRANSPORT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO GET TO CONFERENCE?The nearest underground train station to The O2 is North Greenwich station (on the Jubilee line). For all public transport options (including underground, DLR, bus, train and boat) please visit the Transport for London website – www.tfl.co.uk

WHERE IS THE TAXI RANK?A dedicated taxi rank is located on near the North Greenwich underground station.

WHAT FOOD OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? There are a variety of food options available in the Entertainment Avenue outside The O2 including cafes and restaurants. There are also some options on the level 1 Concourse area.

WEEKEND SERVICE TIMES If you are visiting from outside of London and the United Kingdom this weekend, you are very welcome to join us at Hillsong Church where we will hear from some of our conference Guest Speakers! We have services across London in the West End, Bermondsey, Surrey, Kent and Oxford.
