1 billion people do not have safe drinking water.

But disinfection is difficult, because

electricity to power UV-C LEDs or boil water is not available

Method

By quantum mechanics, atoms in nano-coatings do not have the heat capacity to conserve body heat by an

increase in temperature.

Instead, QED conserves body heat by creating UV-C radiation depending on the refractive index and thickness of
