MISSION OBJECTIVE Whether speaking to business leaders or working with clients, I bring my experience in marketing, new business development, and client services to translate organizational goals into measurable plans of action. Having held client-facing roles in companies that provide B2B services, I’ve worked with all types of companies, of all sizes, in all stages of growth, throughout the country including respected publishers and non-profit organizations. I've been fortunate to be in the arena while seismic shifts were happening, such as the move to managed care in healthcare and the widespread adoption of "edtech" in the PreK-12 school market. I've gained business leadership experience -- in good times and in bad -- that informs my understanding of the challenges and also the opportunities small and mid-sized business owners and managers face. As I've seen proven throughout 25 years of business experience, success is not an outcome of force. I shine a light on positive, research-based strategies, practices, and tools curated from the leaders in their respective disciplines. Drawing from my real-world business experience and insights, I advocate for integrating creative and intuitive thinking with analytical thinking to arrive at data- supported rather than data-driven, decisions.
