11Cutting Edge LearningDemonstrationsThis year, the PA AV Summit will provide opportunities for all testers and vendors to demonstrate their emerging and innovative technologies. This will be a unique opportunity for many different organizations to showcase their technologies to target audiences, and for attendees to experience these new technologies in person.
Innovative Breakout Session FormatsSome of the PA AV Summit breakout sessions will feature innovative formats, such as live podcasts, workshops, Pecha-kucha, minipanels, and more.
Exhibition HallExhibitors will be prominently located in the Grand Foyer of the conference center. Exhibitors will be prominently located in the Grand Foyer of the conference facility. Attendees will have the opportunity to directly interact with organizations, vendors, and manufacturers during multiple social events and in-between breakout sessions. Exhibitor space is limited.
Student PostersUniversity students from all over the region have been invited to submit posters for presentation at the summit. This is an incredible opportunity for attendees to learn about current academic research and projects, while meeting the next generation of AV professionals.
Professional Development HoursEarn up to ONE YEAR’S WORTH OF CREDIT HOURS at the PA AV Summit.
The PA AV Summit will provide professional development and continuing education credits for engineers, planners, and lawyers who attend the breakout sessions. There will be six and a half hours of breakout sessions provided ‒ select from 20 different sessions.
