Would you like to be booked for speaking events? But you don’t have a quality video of your actual presentation.

Think about it, what would it be like if you had a video that gives you credibility and establishes you as an authority. How would your industry and potential clients perceive you? This professional video will instantly set you above your peers.

WHAT COMES NEXT?

Before the event• Send us a 3-4 minute script. 400-600 words, It can be

taken from a presentation that you already have, or it can be something you will create later.

• We then review and approve it, to ensure you’ll have a powerful script that you’ll smash on shoot day.

• Send us the information for your title slides, (for the opening and the close)

• Receive a 25-30 minute filming time-slot with the production team and we will create multiple takes of your presentation.

• Audience feedback is edited into your final showreel.

• Your personal Showreel will be edited professionally, colour corrected and cut to make a stand-out piece for you to use.

• An atmospheric, inspiring soundtrack will be included over the top to create ambience.

• Coaching: Private Skype coaching with one of our performance coaches. Working with you on your content, your delivery and your stage performance. This would be useful to make sure you are comfortable, genuine and confident on camera.

• Scripting: Working with your coach to help craft and write your 3-4 minute script

• Rehearsals: Your coach will work with you and rehearse and direct you over Skype before the event to create a polished delivery on show day

TODAY:Register and secure one of the very limited filming slots. For this you have two options:• Priority • VIP

You can add the CSR package to the priority option later if you decide (Subject to time and availability)

TOMORROW:Book out the time in your diary

Remember that you’ll need to there for the full day so make sure that you’ve got enough time. Arrange your travel, so that you are ready to begin the day starting at 8:30am at the venue.

BEFORE SHOOTDAY:Start to prepare your material to send us. If you’ve already got a presentation written out and prepared, then start cutting git down to 3-4 minutes.

Create a strong introduction Some key content for the middle. A strong outro/close with a key give away(Take a look at the videos from previous performers)

The key is It doesn’t matter if you have 10 minutes or 60 minutes of material, the important thing is that you get it written down, and start cherry-picking the key elements that demonstrate what you can do.

NEXT STEPS

10 DAYS BEFORE SHOOTDAY:Send us the text for your intro and outro and the balance of your script. We’ll give it a review to make sure you have the most effective 3-4 minutes of material and get back to you with and edits and you will have plenty of time to learn your script.

SHOOT DAY:Arrive at the venue (TBC) dressed and ready to go

We will first take professional photographs of you presenting. You will know in advance what time you will be presenting in front of the cameras. You’ll meet the team, get prepared before your recording.

30-40 DAYS LATER:Your demo video is delivered straight to your inbox. We will then book a time to jump on Skype and discuss any changes you might require. After one round of feedback and simple edits you will get your finished video.

AND BEYOND:As we are video and digital marketing experts we have a range of marketing solution available for you to maximise your showreel exposure. This can be a one-off campaign or full marketing strategy with done for you delivery.
