TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS The mooring winch mechanical operation will have the following features:

• Wire Drum have free fall mode

• Brakes to create tension and ensure smooth spooling operation during free fall

• Spooling Device disengages during free fall

• Wire payout reset counter ITEM 1 – 30 TON SINGLE DRUM HYDRAULIC MOORING WINCH

Single Drum mooring winch, two left and two right hand configuration. Each winch

comprises a single mooring drum, driven by a single displacement, low speed high torque

hydraulic motor via double stage spur gear reduction.

The winch is equipped with spooling assembly to ensure proper laying of wire rope on

the drum. The winch is completed with steel fabricated skid frame, to house all the parts and

components and is designed for deck mounting type.

The winches are to be powered by two units of electro-hydraulic power packs

Every winch is to be supplied with a local control stand. A central

control panel to be located in the wheelhouse is supplied for remotely control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EXCLUSIONS

• Installation Equipment and Material.

• Crane Boom Rest.

• Supply of equipment foundation skid and installation of equipment on board.

• Interconnecting Electrical Cables / Hydraulic Hoses, Piping and Fittings outside of equipment.

• Supply and coiling of wire ropes (Crane comes with rope and hook block).

• Supply of hydraulic oil or lubricating oil.

• Flushing of hydraulic system (Is not supply with a build-in hydraulic system).

• GST and any other local government taxes.

DELIVERY PERIOD

• 16 - 18 weeks upon receipt of down payment.

• Delivery period may be extended by the amount of time that the implementation of the agreement is delayed by force

majeure.

• If delay in delivery is by force majeure, the delivery time is prolonged to the extent which is found reasonable

according to the circumstances.

• Unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Parties, the phrase “Delay Penalty”, or other similar phrase, shall mean the

compensation owed by the Vendor as liquidated damages for harm to the Buyer caused by a delay of delivery. The

“Delay Penalty” is exclusively attributed to the vendor or its subcontractors and shall not apply to the entire Order but

only to the Products affected by a delivery delay.

• A “Delay Penalty” included in an Order shall always apply: only to a delay exclusively attributable to the Vendor or

its subcontractors; only after prior written notice by the Buyer; and only after the expiration of a ten (10) calendar days

grace period, beyond he contractual delivery date, within which such a delay penalties clause shall be inapplicable.

The maximum of any such penalty for delayed delivery of Products shall never exceed five percent (5%) of said

Products’ Order price, before taxes.

The Buyer will have the right to terminate the contract by giving 10 days’ notice in writing to the Vendor party, if a delay

is exclusively attributable to the Vendor or its subcontractors as expressed in the “Delay Penalty” phrase, and the Buyer

shall have the right to terminate and fully compensated to the Products affected by the delivery delay date. Otherwise, a

termination is not allowed by the Buyer upon commencement.

PACKING

The equipment will be supplied complete and loose items plastic wrapped on wooden pallets suitable for sea-

transportation.

FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST

Test according to Maker’s standard and rules, Optional Class witness of Factory Acceptance Test.

SITE INSTALLATION SUPERVISION AND COMMISSIONING

All commissioning outside of Singapore will be based on Seller’s standard rate unless expressly agreed. All related

expenses, including travel, accommodation, and food etc., for all commissioning, inspection, testing, assembly and

installation works done outside of Singapore will be borne by the Buyer. All such expenses shall be reimbursable at cost

plus 10%. All travelling time requested by the Buyer or directly related to the scope of work will be billed at half the daily

rate. The Buyer will provide the necessary manpower to facilitate the testing and commissioning of the equipment.

Labour price quoted is for normal working hours and not inclusive of weekends, holiday or overtime charges. Any

additional requirements will be charged accordingly.

WARRANTY

12 months after commissioning or up to 18 months from ex-factory basis whichever comes first.
