Intended Learning OutcomesUpon completion of this module, students will be able to:

1. identify relevant engineering theories and principles and to apply them in the hands-on training exercises to extend their knowledge and understanding;

2. compare and contrast conceptual design and actual work sequences and methods to become a practical engineer;

3. assess technology impact on equipment, materials and work methods to keep abreast of technology development and construction engineering practices; and

4. integrate different training experiences and knowledge to formulate appropriate and comprehensive design of civil and structural engineering works.
