Specific difficulties and problems encountered

• Insufficient awareness of the notification obligations at the operational level• It is sometimes difficult to distinguish whether it is under TBT or SPS Agreement• Notification form is not complete

• Some regulations are late notified as the notification authority is informed after the regulations have been adopted or enforced due to differences in legislative procedures of regulatory bodies - but late is better than never
