    ED900 DEPOSITORThe ED900 Electro/Pneumatic Depositor has been specifically designed to meet the demands of today’s automated production industry. All machine adjustment for depositing volume and operating speeds are rapidly selected from a user-friendly operator panel. A pre-programmed menu is available for multiple product selection. Maintenance and operation diagnostics are easily monitored to enhance production efficiency. ED900 Electro Pneumatic Depositor can be supplied for single or Multi lane applications with mounting configurations to suit individual requirements.     To clean , remove hopper and outlet , connect to C.I.P. System and turn on, system will clean while hopper and outlet are manually cleaned.

    H.M.I SCREEN WITH RECIPE SELECTION All recipes can be saved and recalled at will, I.e fill speed, weight, product specific gravity, suck-back etc. Each recipe can be calibrated for the S.G of that particular product and saved. All settings relevant to the recipe can be saved. This means on selection of that recipe the pump will deposit the correct weight after approximately the second deposit and set up time is reduced because of this. Screen data can be password protected to prevent unwanted operator interference.

    PRODUCT GIVE AWAY AND DATA FEED BACK The pump can be setup to receive data feedback from a check-Weigher and this will reduce product give away. For example, 10-20 trays can be scanned and the average weight data can be sent to the depositor to adjust the weight accordingly.

    The Following Products can be Deposited: Batters, Sponge Mix’s, Jams, Chocolate, Yogurt, Butter, Creamed Potato, Creams, Sauces, Fondant, Mayonnaise, Pastes, Custard, Grease, Jelly, Syrups and oils.

    DOUGHNUT INJECTION SYSTEMS

    Apple Food System’s latest innovation is the fully automated doughnut injection system. Designed to accurately fill up to 25,000 doughnuts per hour, this equipment gives the customer improved efficiency and product quality control.

    Each lane is individually controlled to detect doughnuts thereby giving a no doughnut/ no fill signal. Positive detection results in an accurate injection of custard, chocolate sauce, jam or jelly. Weights can be calibrated in a range from 1 to 30 grams with accuracy normally better than +/-0.5 gram dependent on viscosity.

    Jam supply to the equipment is via a pressurised manifold with sensors to indicate pressure and temperature of the product being injected, together with the usage.

    MULTI PITCH INDEXING TRACK

    The Multi Pitch Indexing Track has the ability to process trays with various insert configurations. The Indexing Pitch required is simply programmed into the operator interface panel built into the main control panel. Once each tray configuration is programmed , the programmes is then saved into,the menu screen within the operator panel.

    These depositing units are ideally suited for operation with the tray Indexing Track as their unique construction allows for close proximity centred trays.

  • This makes the searing kettle a very multifunctional machine: frying & roasting: thanks to a temperature range of up to 240°C, meat and vegetables can be fried or roasted quickly under high temperatures.

    Cooking, thanks to the horizontal agitator with temperature-resistant scrapers, the products are cooked very evenly.     The GERNAL COOK QUENCH CHILL SYSTEMS Gernal’s automatic cooking and cooling line for pasta, rice and vegetables is a revolutionary system with one cooking kettle and one or two cooling kettles (each with a capacity of 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000 litres). This makes it possible to prepare various dishes from start to finish, up to the point of packaging.

    Depending on the required end temperature, a supplementary pre-cooling tank can lead to substantial savings in water and energy consumption (more than 50%). The pre-cooling water is used to cool down cooked products, while at the same time heating supplementary cooking water for the kettles.

    The Gernal automatic cooking and cooling line works as follows, the kettles are filled with water (hot water for the cooking kettle, cold and ice-cold water for the cooling kettles); the cooking kettle is heated up raw/dry products are plunged from a 200L standard bin into the cooking water by means of a column loader during the cooking process, the basket automatically moves up and down, so as to achieve a homogeneous temperature distribution of the cooking water and to prevent sticking during the cooking and cooling process; at the end of the cooking process, the basket is automatically lifted out of the water and left to drain; contents are transferred to a basket in a pre-cooling tank.

    This basket moves up and down during the cooling process the cooking kettle is immediately refilled and brought up to temperature, so that a second cooking cycle can start the cooled products are emptied in waiting 200L bins.
