1 HOW DO I REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT?

1. To apply, you will need an account for the INIS Online portal.

2. Go to (link removed as scheme is closed) and click on the ‘Register here’ link

3. Complete your details and register

4. You will get an authentication email that you will need to open. Click on the link within to verify you have

given us a working email address.

5. If you have not received an authentication mail, please check your spam folder.

If you wish to find a saved form, you can do so from the Draft Forms tab

Note: for system security reasons, we only accept PDF, PNG image and JPEG image files. This is a precaution

against malicious attacks on our computer systems by executable files. For process efficiency reasons, we accept

only one document for upload in each box.

The following section will give you guidance on how to save your documents as PDF, PNG image and JPEG

images, and how to combine multi-page documents into one.

How can I save my documents as PDFs?

How can I upload many pages as a single document?

When you are submitting multi-page documents, such as a copy of your full passport, you will need to combine a

number of different images into a single document for upload. There are three main methods by which you can

do this:

1. Use a scanning application for your phone or tablet that will allow you take multiple photos and combine

them into a single PDF. There are many such applications available.

2. Use a modern photocopier/scanner that will scan multiple pages and combine them into a single PDF.

3. Take individual digital photos and copy them into a single word processor document, then save that

document as a PDF, as described above.

4.7 SUBMITTING YOUR FORM: TIPS

1. When you are ready to submit your application, go to the Submit tab.

2. After clicking the Submit Form button, you will be brought to a payments screen where you will enter your

credit or debit card details

3. You will receive an automated email confirming the submission of your form.
