EPIC Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider

EPIC Support Services provides individualised support for people with psychosocial/disabilities, including participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS will continue to roll out on a geographic basis and will soon be fully rolled out across Australia. All eligible Victorians now have access to the NDIS.

EPIC Support Services is a community focused organisation that is dedicated to providing service excellence in psychosocial/disability services. We are a registered NDIS provider and can give expert advice, information and support in understanding the NDIS. We can assist people to apply to access the NDIS and support them through the process of gathering evidence to support their claim.

Individually Tailored Services

EPIC’s services are individually tailored and we currently

provide a range of services to NDIS participants in Victoria.

We collaborate with community service organisations and

health professionals to ensure that participants, families

and caregivers are receiving all the service requirements

and support that they need. EPIC’s individually tailored

support approach puts you at the centre of the process.

All of EPIC’s services focus on community inclusion. We are

committed to ensuring all the people we service have

opportunities to fully participate in the community, without

stigma and discrimination.

From low to high intensity support needs. We can tailor in home support plans to assist you with your daily life and support needs. Accommodation and Tenancy Support

Assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations

supports ndis participants to find affordable, safe and

appropriate accommodation. EPIC can assist you to secure

accommodation as well as maintain and fulfil your tenancy

obligations. Our experienced housing staff can support

you if you are having accommodation difficulties and in

times of crisis when you need intensive assistance.

Individual Counselling

Individual Counselling is described by the NDIS

as facilitating self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and

growth and the optimal development of personal

resources on a one-to-one basis. Assist participants to

work towards their personal goals and gain greater insight

into their lives.

EPIC has experienced Counsellors that can assist you to

work towards making positive changes to your wellbeing.

Plan Management

Starting and managing an NDIS plan can be stressful and

confusing. EPIC Plan Management service can help you

take the stress out of NDIS. Our role as your Plan Manager

will be to assist you by paying your supports to providers

from your NDIS funds. Call us to talk about how we can
