EASGV’s newest membership benefit:  Specialty Escrow Resource Center 

We are setting up a Specialty Escrow Resource Center for the Escrow Associates of San Gabriel Valley.  Membership has its benefits and this is the newest benefit to our members. All you have to do is sign up and abide by all guidelines. 

The guidelines are as follows:  

1. This Specialty Escrow Resource Center is for consumers and the general public as well as our own members to easily locate a fellow member that has specialty escrow skills, in transactions other than residential sales and refinances.  

2. Participant must be an Active Individual Member of EASGV, in good standing.   3. Participant must be specialized in one or more of the following types of escrows:  Mobile Home, Bulk 

Transfers, Holding Escrows, Timeshares, Co‐ops, etc.  4. It is not required for the participant to earn a CEA Professional Designation in order to be listed as a resource.  

However, having a designation will differentiate you from others and give you credibility.  5. The list of participants may be published in our newsletter and posted on our website at www.easgv.org.  It is 

up to the interested party to contact anyone they choose from the list of participants.
