COLOR or FINISH, and LENGTH (when applicable.)3. F.O.B. Kansas City, Kansas.4. Terms are net 30 days for open accounts.5. For drop shipments, provide street address and zip code.6. Inspect the shipment immediately. Apparent damage

should be noted on delivery receipt. Shortage claims must be reported immediately. Claims reported after 30 days after shipment will not be honored.

7. Do not return any order without return goods authorization. All returns are subject to a 25% minimum restocking charge. Large and custom length special orders are not returnable. No returns after 30 days.

8. All units ship UPS except large quantities, wardrobe systems, and shelves over 8 ft. in length which ship common carrier, class 70. Portarack units ship common carrier, class 175.

9. All units are shipped K.D. except hook panels and portaracks.

10. Custom lengths available on all wall hung coat racks and shelves. For wall to wall shelves deduct 1” from the total width when ordering unit.

11. All wood shelves over 8 ft. are spliced. All aluminum shelves over 12 ft. are spliced.

12. Faxed orders being confirmed by mail must clearly state “CONFIRMATION” on the mailed order. EMCO cannot be held responsible for duplications when this information is omitted.

13. No minimum order or minimum order charge.14. Hangers are sold separately for all units except the T1,

#20 and #22 Floor Rack systems. We recommend 4 hangers per foot of shelf.

15. Shop drawings are available upon request with a purchase order (blank cutsheets for standard coatracks available at www.emcospi.com)

16. Slat, hanger rod and hook color samples are available upon request.
