THE Senate having again proceeded to the order of the day, which wasthe consideration of the following resolutions, heretofore moved by Mr.

EWING, of Ohio :

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives, fyc. That theTreasury order of the eleventh day of July, Anno Domini one thousand

eight hundred and thirty-six, dcaignating the funds which should be receiv-able in payment for public lands, be, and the same is hereby, rescinded.
